“世界华文创意写作大会”是由中国作家协会所属中华文学基金会、世界华文创意写作协会发起主办，由上海市华文创意写作中心、上海大学文学与创意写作研究中心、澳洲拉筹伯大学网络中心、《探索与争鸣》杂志社承办、协办的国际华文创意产业界文创人员、职业作家、写作教育者的行业大会。大会旨在促进华文创意写作人才的培养，促进华文创意写作作品的培育，促进华文创意写作事业国际影响力的提升，促进华文创意写作人才、作品与创意产业、公共文化服务的联结，推进华文创意写作人才资质的国际认证，推广华文创意写作教育教学及学科研究。"

Global Conference of Chinese Creative Writing" is a professional conference of the international Chinese Creative industries and personnel, professional writer, writing educators. It is organized by the Chinese Literature Foundation under the Chinese Writers Association (CWA) and the Global Association of Chinese Creative Writing and co-organized by Shanghai Chinese Creative Writing Center, Literature and Creative Writing Research Center of Shanghai University, La Trobe University Network Center(Australia), and Explorations and Discord Magazine. The aim of the conference is to promote the development of Chinese creative writing talents; To promote the development of creative writing in China; To promote the international influence of Chinese creative writing; To promote the connection between Chinese creative writing talents, works, and creative industries and public cultural services; To promote the international certification system of Chinese creative writing talents; To promote the teaching and research of Chinese creative writing.

大会一致认为，随着中国文化创意产业的发展、中国公共文化事业的发展，创意写作的意义已经超出了高校教育学科的边界，它已经成为文化创意产业、事业的基础性力量，并将之与创意产业实践结合。

The Conference believes that with the development of China's cultural and creative industries as well as the development of China's public cultural undertakings, the significance of creative writing has gone beyond the boundaries of university education disciplines, and it has become the basic force to promote the development of cultural and creative industries and will combine itself with the practice of creative industries.

大会倡导中国学术界与教育界，研究创意写作理论，改革中国高校中文教育教学培养机制，创建中国化创意写作学科，为培养具有现代意识的专业创作人才和具有原创写作能力的创意产业核心从业人才做出更多的工作，同时加强创意写作与文化产业、事业的连结推广创意写作的社会化。

大会呼吁尽早成立中国创意写作协会，以中国创意写作从业人员、教育专家及专业作家为主体，团结在世界舞台上拥有重大影响力的华文作家、写作教育家及国际友好人士，推动华文作品的发布、产业对接、交流、研讨。打造中国创意写作界自组织平台，开发世界性华文创意写作文化品牌活动，促进世界华文文化创意产业原创力提升，原创作品的创作和原创人才的培养。

大会一致同意，未来要在华文作家的作品报告、会员成果发布、创作出版对接等方面加强工作，同时尽可能多地促进华人青年创意写作人才培训工作，让华文创作者有机会接近国际创意写作大师，跟大师一起参加工坊创作，让大会成为原创文稿创作经验交流及名家名作成果发布、创意的产业化转换对接、创意培训的多层次共生平台。

大会一致倡导社会各界更多地关注创意写作事业，政府和企业更多地重视文化原创力的养护与提升，吸引、组织文创人才考察经济发展及投资环境，为地方发展建言献策，吸引世界级华文创意大师、专业写作人才利用地方传说、风物进行创作，提高原文稿创作水平和影响力，促进地方性题材作品创作项目立项。

The conference unanimously encourages all sectors of society to pay more attention to the career of creative writing. The government and enterprises should focus more on the maintenance and promotion of culture originality to attract and organize creative talents to inspect the economic development and investment environment, and to make suggestions for local development. They could bring in world-class Chinese creative writing masters and professional writing talents to make use of local legends and customs to create and improve the level and influence of the original manuscript creation, and promote the establishment of local theme works creation projects.

大会希望联结国内外创意写作研究者、创作者，联结写作者与企业家，共同推介创意写作理念与方法，实现创意、创作与产业转化，促进华文创意写作事业健康、繁荣、可持续发展。

The conference hopes to unite domestic and foreign creative writing researchers, creators, writers and entrepreneurs to jointly promote creative writing concepts and methods, realize the transformation of creativity, creation and industry, and promote the development of the study of creative writing in China and make it healthy, prosperous and sustainable.
